I try to go often with my kids since I want them to stay, but I think they need to improve the speed of service. We wereone of 2 groups and again I had finished my pie when my coffee was ready about 10 min after ordering. Other than that, staff was friendly and the music helped the atmosphere so that's great.

My wife and I felt like some real ice cream and hit up Google for options close by. The Kreamery came up and we made our way there. As long time fans of Fentons and the Creamery in Castro Valley as well as the San Francisco Creamery in Walnut Creek I will say that this new Kreamery scratches the premium ice cream itch. They serve Mitchell's ice cream which is top notch. The service was fantastic and felt like we were visiting a friend that was making us desert while we visited about this relatively new endeavor. If you are in the area, stop in for a treat.

Absolutely loved my visit to this charming retro-themed ice cream shop! From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported back in time with its nostalgic decor — vibrant colors, vintage posters, and classic signage that create a fun, inviting atmosphere. The ice cream itself was absolutely delicious; rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I especially enjoyed their unique toppings and generous portions. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're craving a sweet treat or just want to soak in some vintage vibes, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Great milkshake and so many different ice cream flavors. We also grabbed a mini coconut cream pie to go. It was delicious. Definitely a great spot for something sweet.

We have been here three times since their opening. Delicious!!! We have enjoyed the Mitchell’s ice cream, the mini pies, and a shake. They are in the old Payless Shoes location near Lucky’s. Come for your locally sourced and roasted coffee, pastries and cookies in the morning, then enjoy the ice cream in the evenings. Mexican chocolate ice cream was delicious tonight!
